Insurance/Payment
Dr. Rootenberg does not participate in insurance networks. Insurance companies would consider her an out-of-network physician. Payment is required at the time of service. Credit cards are not accepted. Patients wishing to get reimbursed by their insurance company will be given a receipt to attach to their insurance claim form, containing the required information to process their claim.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours advance notice is required if you need to cancel an appointment. Payment will be required for missed appointments, except for emergency situations.
